Pet supermarket grrrr
All my orders from petsupermarket have been great, arriving in a box with smaller items on top etc...
However my latest order of HH food and sand came in a bag... and right at the bottom all broken up were Pickles donut treats
I don't normally complain but its hit a nerve as they are Pickles fav treat and I know some are prob ok to be eaten but he likes the roundness of them and the crumbs look kinda dirty from rolling round in the delivery bag..
Do I complain or is it a bit silly? it's not the money I am angry about its the way it was packaged..

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
Thanks for the hugs xxx Pickle came out earlier when I was taking a picture of his crumbs... I gave him a raisin to make up for it... They normally use boxes to package my items but it was all crammed into a small bag..

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
I have just emailed them a picture, Ive said its not the money value I am concerned about but its just poor packaging.. If they package small treats up like this I cannot imagine what they would package a cage up like

I hope you get another lot sent to you! I can understand how upsetting that can be as I'm quite sensitive about things like that too especially when its your hammy's favourite treat that gets destroyed
How odd that they would package it differently though, I eagerly await the reply you get from them.

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
So true Erin, I was saying to Mr WH that I would just accept it if it was something small for me in my food shop like a pack of biscuits..

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
I think you were right to complain Womble because they are not just broken, they look crushed into crumbs in places, so are more damaged than just a few corners broken off. I hope they replace them or offer you some compensation. I get more tempered about goods breaking if it`s for my hamsters than if it was for something I purchased for myself!

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
I also think you were right to tell them. I hope they send out more for Pickle, he deserves his treats intact.

Re: Pet supermarket grrrr
DEFFO complain! They will resend you the treats. It's illegal to send you broken items. If you bought an mp3 player and it was broken through their fault, they'd have to refund you or give you a new one. Ring them if they don't respond.
