I ordered a zooplus from them, it arrived today... along with a twin! It was aso the wrong colour (although I'm not overly fussed about colours).

I had ordered a house as well as hamster food... the food came but no house. Instead, there was a strange metal trough for feeding g pigs and rabbits.

I rang them up to get them to come and collect the spare cage and the trough. They cannot send the house yet because it is out of stock despite it saying in stock when I ordered it!

Hmm something says I doubt I'll be ordering from them again any time soon...

That was very honest of you to have told them about the second cage... It might make me sound bad but I can't honestly say I'd do the same... :S

I understand...although I do have to say a few years back I made an order off a site (sells designer clothes at super discount prices...I don't indulge much but once in awhile...lol) anyway I got my packages and was surprised to see I got two boxes and a shipping bag...it seemed more than it should be...after lugging my haul back to my dorm (was in college at the time and it was about a 1/2 mile walk from the mail center to my dorm and I didnt have a car) I opened it all to discover the second mystery box that I assumed everything got packed separately I found about 5 shirts I never ordered. Same as the one I had ordered, they are obviously shipped to the pet shop in boxes of twos.

Someone must have opened the box, assumed only one was in it, put in the extra stuff i had ordered and sealed it up again.

Ah well at least you could have picked the cage in a better condition (unless both were good)! Better than getting a single cracked cage and waiting for a replacement

Was that a dig at me? -.- I got a single cracked cage from Zooplus today. So I'll take it as a dig at me. LOL
