Wanna see my foot?
I've sprained my foot and I can't believe how much swelling and bruising there is!
Thats what happens when your distracted when walking down the stairs
Oh, and I was in a bath towel when I fell over. Hope I didn't flash anybody, we have a massive window where people can see us walking up and down the stairs

Re: Wanna see my foot?
HAHA, I'm praying that rabbits don't know how to use a computer because they deffo saw me failing in epic proportions XD
The swelling is actually tightening the skin around my ankle and making it very painful. I'm drugged up to the eyeballs with Ibuprofen. Is it normal for it to swell like that? I'm worried that I've fractured a tiny bone in my ankle or something :/

Re: Wanna see my foot?
ouch that looks very painful!! paracetamol and ibraprofin will help.
hopefully with alot of rest the swelling will go down.
do you have any bandages you could tie around it, supporting it might hurt at 1st but will help reduce the swelling *first aider at work*

Re: Wanna see my foot?
Totally normal to swell like that. I had one of these after a very rough game of hockey! Put some ice on it and keep taking the pink pills haha!

Re: Wanna see my foot?
And yes Dr Yazoo, I have a tubi-grip that I put on it to support it, and my rabbits just love ripping it off my foot when I see them lol. I've been told to rest it but I have so much to do so it's partly my fault its swelled up so bad!
Pink is slowly becoming my favourite colour And hockey is a mean sport, especially with hormonal women
