Soo-flay of course!

Soufflé -is a light, fluffy, baked dish made with egg yolks and beaten egg whites combined with various other ingredients and served as a main dish or sweetened as a dessert. The word soufflé is the past participle of the French verb souffler which means "to blow up" or more loosely "puff up" [soo-fley, soo-fley]

We were thinking up hamster names for a litter and I wanted to call one Souffle but then the name was never used so I decided to use it myself
I could not find the French accent thing so that is why I am not sure how people read the name!
I have added an option for you suga
