Anyone waiting for things to arrive from ECF

I ordered a load of stuff on xmas eve AND more stuff on 11th Jan and I haven't received anything yet, getting really annoyed.

I know it was silly to have ordered a second lot of stuff when I hadn't received my first order but I have always got things from them and never had any problems and I just figured my first order was held up due to xmas and the new year.

So is anyone else waiting for stuff to arrive from them? How long have you been waiting?

I have emailed twice now and just got told my order will be posted tomorrow....that was last week and still nothing.

I am waiting for...
A pack of fenugreek crunchies
3 silent spinners
3 fiddlestick bridges
A balcony hamster villa
Suspension bridge with hammock
A bunny play patch
A bunny tunnel
A chill n chew mat
Trixie pirate ship thing
Luka wooden house
Sippy water bottle

That's £60 worth of stuff! ECF took my money quick enough but now my stuff is nowhere in sight!

I'm wondering if to demand a refund and buy my stuff from somewhere else or to just wait a little while longer.

Lots of people have had problems with ECF. We think that they got taken over or changed hands as all of a sudden they're service went right downhill. A lot of people have had a tussle with them and opened disputed with paypal etc to try and get their money back.Their ebay shop also ceased trading which seemed to coinside with the opening of another ebay shop called Star Pets.

Got both my orders delivered yesterday and 1 item was missing, I am not happy!
So I emailed them yesterday morning at 9am and still haven't heard anything back from them yet. I doubt I will ever order anything from them again as I am disappointed with the delivery time and the customer service.
ECF are rubbish!!

They were actually qite good i found, but yes after they switched warehouse or whatever - lods of people had problems :/

ECF are rubbish!!

I ordered from them, they didn't have some of my order in stock..refunded me the wrong amount and then never replied to my emails
apparently you have more luck if you phone, but I'd have ended up spending more on the phone bill than the refund was, but I am never going to use them again.
They're really awful now =/
