Grrrrr *Rant alert!*

Ordered a Mini Duna from Feedem Pet Supermarket and it came without the white hatch for the top. It also came with a massive water bottle and not the sippy bottle like advertised. I mailed them and then they phone me back today saying that it didn't come with this top!!!!!!!

So I said how is the hamster supposed to stay in when there is no top? I couldn't make him understand!!! So I got angry and pointed out that you would not sell it without the hatch. He tried to convince me that I had a Duna Fun (or something like that!), and I was like, noooooo it is a Mini Duna! ARGH!!!!! All I want is the top and he said he is going to phone me back and check the order again. He can check it as much as he wants...I HAVE NO TOP!!!!

Noodles wants her new house and I want to put her in it!!!!!

That's really irritating! If you have no luck with them, you could maybe ask for a partial refund and buy the grill elsewhere?

Seriously? That is annoying? And stupid.

When he calls back ask to speak to the manager if you are not getting anywhere.

I hope that they see sence soon - a cage with no grill is just silly!

Also if you dont have any luck contact trading standards, the cage is not fit for purpose with no lid.

Urgh sounds like they don't have a clue what they're on about, I do wish people would have a clue about the products they sell sometimes

Surely he should just send it out to you, I mean the cage is useless with no lid!

Does the site actually say that it comes with a Sippy Bottle? Some sites are still using the old picture but the cage doesn't come with the Sippy anymore, it comes with a large ferplast bottle. I've heard the Sippy isn't any good anyway.

I had to send them a picture of the cage with no grill! He then phoned me and said 'Oh yes, I can see it's missing' and I was like ' well I told you that with my emails and my phone calls!!!' I mean....duh!!!!

So yeah, they are fedexing the grill so hopefully Noodles will have her new home by Friday! I don't mind about not having the sippy, what I am worried about is if Noodles will learn how to use the new bottle. I am sooooo over protective of her haha!

What a day! Made up with flu and still managed to sort 2 peoples problems out ( don't even get me started about the second one - Landlord issues!!!)

What was her old bottle? Most of them will fit in the holder, I put a Classic Mouse bottle in there.

I hope it arrives quickly after all of that drama!
