Anyone on virgin media phone?

For anybody on virgin media phone thingy -
has your phone line been working okay??
Ours is completley dead, and has been for a couple of days! Whenever you ring it - it says engaged, all the phones are down properly and we have two different types, and makes of phones and both are playing up

I'm not now but I used to be at my old house and I think I remember this happening whenever there was severe weather :/

i have Virgain media internet and its been going down for the past too days.

Ours has been bad for two days - but also today :/ like theres no sound at all
