ECF order :(

Still have not received my order placed on 30th September. I did mail them a week ago & have had no reply. I have just received a standard email from them about new stock. So have now sent another asking yet again when I expect my order.

They have always been great. I don't mind waiting & I know they are moving premises but at least I could be informed as to when to expect my stuff

Has anyone ordered recently?

Have they not got a telephone number you can call??

I find when you email companys about something it seems to take them forever to reply.

oh wow.. I've ordered off them yesterday so will let you know if I have any problems with getting mine...

i had problems with them, was on the phone to them all the time,kept fobbing me off with excuses,in the end i got money back, and bought off ebay, all i wanted was the digging tower. my advice keep on at them!

I've tried ringing too but get no answer. Will try again later today though.

keep trying because the office isn't manned all the time, they are sometimes in the warehouse, that's what they told me.hope you get something sorted.

well 2 days and only had the confirmation of order email so far, but they did say 3-4 days til they ship it due to office moving on the checkout page so hoping I get an email saying it's shipped tomorrow or day after..

oh just checked my account on the website and there was a note on my account yesterday..

don't know if that means they've shipped it though or if it's ready to be shipped :/

hope you get it ordered soon ive never personally ordered with them.. but does remind me i need to chase someone up on ebay! as one item never got sent out a while back and had a note to follow..why people advertise when they dont even have the stock is beyond me..blah!
