ECF order :( - Page 3

the website note should say something like "leaving shortly, sorry for the delay" that's what the note has said on my order for 5 days :/ if I'd have knows the delay would have been longer than the 3 days that they said I would have ordered from somewhere else :/

there's a small note on the checkout page advising of the delay, I just about saw it

edit: oh the notes at the top of the checkout page now.. says:

"IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: We are currently moving to our new pet superstore and warehouse in Doncaster. During this time, we are still taking orders but these may take an extra couple of days to get to you (rather than our normal 1-2 day service). To thank our customers for their patience during this time, all orders placed this week will receive a free gift with them (please let us know what sort of pet you are ordering for so we can including something appropriate!) We will be back running totally as normal from our new location on the 23rd of October!"

23rd is today so hopefully our orders will be shipped on Monday if they're back to normal then

they say contact them to let them know the pet... I think it's pretty obvious that as my whole order is for hamster toys to include a hamster present lol

RachK- if you manage to get in touch point out that your order has been delayed?
We put in an order a few days ago and it has the same 'leaving soon' thing but it also seems t have a parcelforce tracking number but it's not in the normal format :-/
