i ordered off them yesterday and earlier today got a message about *theres gonna be a delay so might take longer * or something like that... :L

well they've said anyone in the time range that they'll be experiencing delays will get a "present" in there order... wondering what it might be

I've not had any emails aplogising :/ I just have to keep checking my account every day to see if they've sent it yet, really need my order as it's new toys cos chibi is so bored that he keeps banging his big piece of wood against the side of the cage >_<

have you tried calling them? I'm gonna try when it's been a week since placing the order, see what's going on...

Yeah tried calling them never got an answer. It's more annoying as I received the first part of the order within a few days.

Hmm, I also ordered a few days ago, and my order is sat waiting. It says "see website note" but I can't see anything explaining? I paid through paypal and don't remember spotting anything that said there would be a delay. Not massively important, but it's a bit annoying as I was going to do cleanouts this weekend and i've ordered a bunch of new houses for hams who have chewed at theirs/deserve an upgrade from sleeping under a log bridge!
