please think good thoughts for baby sapphire

Sapphire is an approx 11/12 week old rat. i dont like buying from pet shops but when i seen my baby girl in with 3 BUCKS there was no chance i was leaving her there! as you can assume she was pregnant....her due date was last monday and no eepers to be seen anywhere although she looked very pregnant so at the end of last week we got her on antibiotics just to cover her for any nasty infections and today we got her back to the vet who thinks she might has a mummyfied kitten in her

so on thurday she is going for a scan and maybe an xray, but obviously if she takes unwell before that she will be back straight away! i really could kill those people at pets at home

anyway heres a pic of my baby and please send healing thoughts as you can tell im worried sick about her

Best wishes to you and wee Sapphire. Blasted pet shops. Might be best to have her speyed completely Rhona if the vet thinks this would take away all her problems. That way, she can recover and live a happy life and not be bothered with uterine problems later on. She`s such a bonnie wee thing, bless her. Well done you for taking care of her. x
