Our Toby
We lost our dear Toby on Tuesday evening, he’d been a much loved part of our lives since November 2019. The last few years have been a real challenge and he made things brighter. Such an enchanting little boy who we will miss so much. I miss seeing him doing his infamous T. rex stance whilst waiting to come out for a walk or when waiting for his dinner. Miss seeing him checking all the different places in his home where I hid his food. Friday night was always nut night, he used to take hold of the kernel so gently and then triumphantly carry it away to his safe place. I miss seeing him sleeping in his cosy coconut. It was very difficult seeing him slow down over the last month or so and I was dreading the day we would have to say goodbye.
Sleep tight little Toby, you will forever be in our hearts and minds. Love you. xx

I am so sorry for your loss. It is very hard when they have to leave us. Just remember that Toby had a long and happy life with you and his memories will always be with you.

Re: Our Toby
Hamsters definitely become more than just pets and instead become part of our families. He sounds like he was very much loved and must’ve lived an amazing full life, may he rest in peace over rainbow bridge now 🌈🐹 I’m so sorry for your loss x
