Night night Princess Shady

My baby girl Shady died in my hands yesterday morning after a short respiratory illness. 3 days of antibiotics but her heart had clearly been affected too much for her to pull through.

She was the kindest, softest, most loving hamster I could ever wish to have. I’m so devastated she’s gone but at least I got to spend the last few moments of her life showing her the love she deserved.

Play well at the rainbow bridge baby bear, I’m sure there’s as much peanut butter, seeds and broccoli as you can eat
