Following a stroke Ghost has sadly passed away. He would have been 2+ but not sure as he was a rescue. While he was strictly a look don't touch hamster, he enjoyed the company and would sit and listen to you for hours, coming right up to the bars. Sometimes I wondered if he understood what I was saying by the way he reacted. Tilting his head almost to say 'huh?' the perfectly timed odd sneeze which could have been confused for a laugh, and times where he'd just sit there looking at you and resting his paw on something like a person leaning on the bar.
