Default Goodbye Buttercup

Last night Buttercup passed away. I'm not sure how or why, but it doesn't really matter. She may not have lived the longest life, but it was a happy one and that's all that matters. Goodbye sweet Buttercup, I'll forever remember you

Thank you all. It was really unexpected. She was just out playing and cuddling and eating bananas the previous night. I know she was happy till the end but it doesn't stop me from feeling kind of guilty, like I could've done something to prevent this. Perhaps it was just something to do with her genetics since I got her from a pet store.

So sorry for your loss. Play well at the bridge with the others little Buttercup.

You probably feel guilty because you're grieving but try not to. You gave her a good life and that's what counts.

i'm sorry for your loss. losing hamsters can be pretty devastating, especially when it's out of nowhere. don't feel guilty, cause all that matters is that you gave your hamster a good, happy life full of love and care. i hope you can recover from your loss soon.
