RIP Bark and Spud
I just wanted to let everyone know that our two mice Bark and Spud have died. They died a few days apart but I'm posting the memorial for them both here tonight.
Bark arrived with and looked after Nugget, she tolerated her young friend even when others found her frustrating and stayed with Nugget right through to when Nugget had new even younger friends to play with instead of winding the other mice up. From the ages their previous owner gave us Bark wasn't even a year old when she passed, but she was in apparent good health right up until she fell asleep and didn't wake up. She was a really tolerant mouse and I've no doubt her friends miss her.
Spud was one of the first two mice we got, she arrived with Monster and was always a bit noticable. She was a chubby mousey but she was a calm and placid mouse too, she was never in a hurry and seemed to love spending time with her friends. She seemed content with life and for a mouse we got as she was free to a good home, I hope she had a few good months with us. She was believed to be only just over a year old when she passed, we don't know what caused it but we think it was quick and I'm sure that like Bark, she is missed by the group.
Rest in peace girls

Re: RIP Bark and Spud
I'm sorry you've lost Bark and Spud. They were both very pretty girls. That's a wonderful picture of Bark with her tail curled round like that. And Spud was such a beautiful colour too.

Such gorgeous girls, I am particularly sad about Spud as the moment I set eyes on her she won a place in my heart with her chunkiness! Play well lovely little ladies xx

I'm very sorry you lost 2 of your little ones in such a short period of time... She gave them real happiness before they left... That's priceless.
Many hugs to you, my friend...
Run free, little ones... Go enjoy the Bridge and all its goodies...
Annie xx

Re: RIP Bark and Spud
Really sad to hear this kyrill because I know you always wanted some mice and gave them a wonderful cage and life. Sadly, some mice just secumb to acute illness and are taken from us far to early and it`s so unfair on them and on us. Rest soundly girls. x
