You can use it as a cage, but as it's VERY small, I don't recommend it.
It's 11" x 8" x 14" (L x W x H) and yeah it looks like this:

but missing half the wheel (front bit) but i'll find that. It also doesn't come with the counter thing so i guess you'll have to do without :l
Doesn't come with foodbowl, but comes with a tiny waterbottle.
It's pink.
Some of the paint is missing from the bars.
Not perfect, but had it for ages.
I doubt anyone would like it but who knows
