Hamster breeder in Central Scotland

Hi, I'm looking for a hamster breeder in the central Scotland area. I don't want to get another one from a pet store as I have now learned so much about how they get them and the problems that causes for the poor hamsters. I have a glass enclosure all set up and it's bigger than the recommended 100x50cm. Any help is really appreciated. Thank you.

The only breeder I know in Scotland is Margaret at Amberhill Hamstery. She is in Glasgow and she has a facebook page Amberhill hamstery where you can message her.

Hi, thank you for your response. I don't think she is planning on breeding any hamsters just now. Is there anyone else? We are willing to travel. Thanks.

Did you contact her? I think she has a litter due shortly. You may need to go on her waiting list as she won't know for a few weeks how things go with the litter.
I don't know anyone else in Scotland. Next closest would be Sheffield. There is a small list on the Northern Hamster Club website.

Hi, yip I contacted her and she's put me on her waiting list. Says it could be quite some time before she has some pups available. Will just need to wait and see. Thank you.
