Re: Austins hamster rescue uk
I have usually messaged them on Facebook via Messenger and they usually get back with what hamsters are available and if you're interested in one, they send a few photos. It maybe they are particularly busy right now.

Re: Austins hamster rescue uk
I've emailed them not long ago offering to donate an Alaska but they didn't respond. Maybe social media is an easier way to get in touch with them.

Re: Austins hamster rescue uk
Ah so you've chosen a hamster then! They can be a bit slow getting back to arrange transport sometimes - I think they're juggling a lot and sometimes have a weekly route in one direction or another for dropping off and collecting.

Re: Austins hamster rescue uk
So excited. Have ordered a syrian sized wooden wheel from zooplus. The silent runner wont fit in the elmo cage.
Hope they get back to me soon!
