Hamster breeders in Arizona?

I recently lost my Russian dwarf Anya. She was a very sweet girl and I miss her very much. But, I am finally ready to own again and give a new hamster a good home. The cage that my previous hamster lived in is all clean and still in good shape. Although, recently I have been thinking about making a bin cage. This can only happen if I have a new hamster.

This time around I would like to purchase from a breeder, rather than a pet store. Especially since most pet stores have adults and I would prefer a youngster. The breeds that I am looking for are a Russian dwarf or a Winter White.

Someone, please let me know if you have had a recent litter or have a litter in its way! I need a hamster to love. (:
