Looking for syrian breeders in Somerset/Dorset (near Yeovil preferably)

Hi there,

I've recently lost 3 Syrian hamsters who I got from a pet store, and have found out they only use one breeder so I'm worried they may not be stopping inbreeding and this could be the route of my poor hammies unexplained deaths (2 completely unsure 1 with some sort of infection/prolapsed rectum).

My first hammie, Bertie, lived to be 2 and a half, and he was got from a friend (not sure where she got him from), these other three all came from the pet store and none made it past 4 months old :'(

I have been heartbroken by having to bury 4 lovely hammies in the last 6 weeks (my last one, Moomin, today, on my birthday) and I can't face it happening again so soon, which is why I want to find a caring, conscientious breeder not too far from Yeovil in the hopes that my next hammie will be as healthy as possible.

So if anyone can help me I would be so grateful, I can't imagine my life without at least one hammie in it (my husband is a new hammie convert and feels the same!)
