hi everyone, im new here! from california on the central coast. ive had one hamster before, a campbell's female named buttercup. she lived about 2 years. i was 8 when i got her, im almost 14 now and would like to get another hamster, and i know some of my past care wasn't the best. im here to make sure my new hamster has the best care possible, so yeah, just wanted to introduce myself.

Hello, I am a new hamster owner too and this forum has been amazing! I’ve learnt so much over the past 3 months. Kinda wish I’d done what your doing though and checked out all the key information first, especially re cage choice and bedding. Have fun!
