Yes, could well be it.

He came out and run around for a short while then sat in a corner waiting to get picked up.

I think he got up too early or i annoyed him by taking photos because he's gone back to bed.

It is lovely he waits to be picked up. You have such a beautiful bond with your hamsters.

My kitchen scales were definitely at 0g and i can see that Jack is a big hamster but he weighed in at 280g!!

Didn't have anything at hand to check my scales but this can't be right, surely. I weighed him twice, same result.

He's relatively easy to catch and doesn't slip through my hands like Clive does.

He’s gorgeous, I love the photo with his front paws resting on the bowl. Kinda pleased to hear his weight too, as I weighed Hams recently and he came in at 192grams.

Jack's always the first one up and ready to come out these days. Used to be Rodney who now often likes a lie in.

All four Syrians leave their cages the same way (at different times of course) and walk onto the open door to get picked up and put on the floor.
Sometimes they have to endure me babytalking and stroking them but not for long. Don't want to be selfish.
Jack is definitely the most patient with me.
