Hi again
Hi all. I’m fairly new here. Hamsters are like potato chips, ya just can’t have one. Lol. I introduced Oliver my panda hammie a while ago. I also took in my great nieces hammie cause she didn’t want her. Her names now is Sophie and she’s a teddy bear hammie. Ok so yesterday……… I decided I wanted a dwarf hammie. So I now have a three month old Russian dwarf female hamster named Muffin. She is so tame already. I think though she’s a winter white. She’s all white with patches of brown. I will get a pic and have some of you experienced hamster owners to tell me if I’m right. Please feel free to smack me if I talk about getting another hammie. Hehehe. Happy I found this group.

Re: Hi again
Looking forward to see photos of your hamsters. You could also start an individual thread for each one to tell us more about what they're up to. Just a thought.
There are so many advantages of keeping several hamsters but i have no time to list them all because i'm at work earning money to keep all those twitching noses at home in the life of luxury they are accustomed to.....

Re: Hi again
This is Muffin. I think she’s a winter white and not a Russian dwarf. LMK what you think.Edit: I guess the forum doesn’t load pictures from iPad iCloud.

Re: Hi again
I use an iPhone so this may be the same. If you go to the photos app and find the picture you want, hold it and “save to files” just name it what you want. Then when you write a message on here, click on attach and click “browse…” you should see it then and hopefully it will work. Fingers crossed!

Re: Hi again
Finally I have a name for my female Russian dwarf hamster. Welcome my girl Muffin. I already can pick her up. She’s soooo tame. I’m still trying to get a pic to upload. I just love all three of my hammies. They are so entertaining. I just went on to my humane society website and they have both 4 month old Syrian hamsters and 3 month old Russian dwarfs. I am so so tempted but I can’t do it. I know they will get adopted quickly though.
