Re: Hi
Hello and Welcome Helenp. Great to see all your furries! You have such amazing names for them all - glad its not just me that give 'show' style names to my pets! I told someone I do this the other day and they thought that I was mad! Niblett is such a little cutie! And Gurtie is beautiful too.
Hope that you are enjoying the forum

Re: Hi
Hehe! My cats are called Mille - who is Millecent Firey Evening Sunset as she is a tortie and has lots of lovely gingery bits, and Connie - who is Constance Misty Morning Dew as she had conjuctivius (soz spelling!) which gave her a 'dewy' eye when she was a kitten
Boris my ham is called Sir Boris Nipsalot - for obvious reasons! lol
Glad that you are enjoying the forum, I have become addicted to it, I have to have my hamster fix everyday! I have just come back from holiday and I was lost with out logging in

Re: Hi
Wow they are fantastic names, very creative. My partner has just told me that he wants to name the next hamster "The Count".
I see what you mean about getting addicted, I am starting to get addicted on here already and also the guinea pig forum and the vegan forums. There is so much good advce to be found though and lovely people to chat with.
Hope you had a nice holiday.

Re: Hi
Thanks Starbug, will be a while before we get The Count as have no room. Next on the agenda is a second Guinea pig as a companion for Gert. Rescuing a baby girl from our local rescue in a few weeks.

Re: Hi
Photos are fab!
Love your piggy and I'm glad you're getting him a little friend to keep him company. Good for you rescuing one too!
But then as a guinea pig breeder, I would notice the piggy ..............!!
But I also love hamsters........and rats..........!!!!
You must be very busy keeping them all happy. X
