OlafHamster Newborn Pup Join Date: Oct 2019 Posts: 1	Scent glands or mites So Olaf is about 10 months old. Since having Olaf he’s had these bold patches, recently they have become very red, sore looking and have black bits?! Unfortunately Olaf isn’t people friendly, he’s a biter! So trying to take a photo is near on impossible! I treated Olaf for mites not that long ago, seemed to stop him from scratching and twitching for a few days, then back to normal?! Do you think I should treat again? I’ve read a lot of forums and they all talk about scent glands being bold and wet looking, but not sore?! Unfortunately I can’t upload a photo due to the file size?!
