New to forum, and to owning dwarf hamsters!

Hi, my name is Tonya.

I am currently fostering a family of 5 hamsters. Mom and her three daughters who live together.

Her single son, who lives on his own.

Still learning all the nooks and crannies of hamster owning (I'm a rat owner myself, so it amazes me how different the care is!)

Other than momma Madison, they are coming along quite well with socialization. I got them from a lady who posted them on Craigslist because she was moving and needed them gone by the end of the week. She didn't ask any questions, and was going to call up a buddy with a snake if no one adopted them.

They are currently residing in bin cages. I do have a health-related question about Madison (mom), but I suppose I should make a thread in the health section for it to get the most attention.
