Hi

I'm new here. I have one Syrian hamster called Coco. He is a male. He lives in a pet shop cage but I'm going to try to make him a bin cage. H is very cute

He doesn't let me pick him up but I'm working on it. Any tips on hamster cage would be great because he is my first hamster.

Hi Laura and welcome.
Have a look at the cage review section and see if you like anything there. There is also an article on the Wiki (look top left and click on it) on making bin cages.
If your pet shop cage is a reasonable size though I'm sure he is happy in it

Check out ebay, there are afew Cambridge Savics on auction at the moment. They are nice big cages. Also look at preloved website.
