OK, let me try this again without hitting the send button so fast (still getting used to forum layout etc)!

Owner of "Nibbles", a long-haired cream banded Male (as seen below), my little boy! I've only had him for about 21/2 weeks but he's doing great and is tame to the hand. Loves running all over me! He's my 5th Hamster. I've owned 3 other syrians and one Cambells in the past, all when I was in my teens. Decided it was time to have another! Funny how you come full circle huh?

Also Mum to Penny (my red short-haired Dachshund) and a betta fish named "Marbles".

Enjoying reading everyones posts and enjoy their hammy photos even more!

Thank you Candacebell! Yea, I think he's Kinda cute myself! (but then of course I'm very biased! lol).

He's around 3 months right now. The girl in the store said 3 months when I bought him just over 2 weeks ago but then I spoke to another girl who knew more of what she was talking about and I said that I didn't think it looked that old yet and she said that they were about 7-10 weeks. So I'm just going by the 10 weeks at that point and say he's approx. 3 months now. He maybe a few weeks younger... who knows. They did'nt have a birth date.

But thats OK, I'll give him one!

He's also grown quite a bit in the two weeks I've had him, eating all this good food! He's a happy little boy & I love him to death! Thanks for the welcome

I know what you mean I love the feel of their fluff against my bare skin

I can sit and clap my little ones for hours

Letting them run up and down my arms, around my neck etc, tickling my ears - it makes me want to run up to the hamstery now - sorry guys back after I have had some quality time with whoever wakes up first

They look so sweet and funny when they are at their "toilet". Sitting up on their back legs, licking their paws and then rubbing their ears vigorously!
