Thanks you all for the advice. She's absolutely fine in herself. She's sleeping at the minute but when she's up she's digging and exploring her new cage.

Could be her bendy bridge? Although there's no sign of blood on or near it, just in one corner and only a tiny bit. Could it be with her first time coming into season?

There's no blood when they're in heat so it's not that.
If anything feels sharp on the bridge then I'd take it out, they're normally safe though so if you can't find anything wrong with it probably not that either.
It may just turn out to be a one off nick on something you'll never find so don't worry too much, just keep an eye on things.

She's a little timid at the moment and keeps trying to climb up the side her zz2. Think I'm actually going to try trixie wheel first and upgrade later
