Hello
Hello,
I've just signed up after finding this site so useful for quite some time. My name is Katerina and I have two Hammies, a Syrian called Hamish who is 20 months, and Timmy, my robo, who is 4 and a half months.

Welcome to HC forums, Katrina. Hamish seems a popular hammie name. I know people that have hamsters and at least 2 of them have a dwarf or Syrian called Hamish. You chose a well known name!

Thanks @Serendipity7000 I find naming animals really difficult; it can almost make me feel awkward. Most of the time we just call Hamish Hammy or Ham because of that. Timmy was adopted from the Pets at Home rescue centre, so the name was done for us- though the previous owners had been told she was male
