Hi everyone,

How's everyone doing?

I got my first ever hamster a few months back and have been meaning to join this forum after I found it from Googling for Hamster advice.

I have an adorable little (pretty big now!) hammy called Arnold Squeakenegger named after (of course) Arnold Schwarzengger. I'm a total newbie at looking after a hamster but was dying to have one for months and months (maybe even years!) and finally decided to get one. Here's a picture of Arnie (attached, not the GIF!) - forgive the awful photo quality!

Love the fact I can say 'Hey Arnold!' when I call him (if you know what I'm on about, you're awesome)

Really looking forward to chatting with you all and reading through the threads. There's so much great info here - loving the homemade toys especially!

I had a ham called Arnie short for Arnold Schwarzengger too lol! He was cream and white and really beefy looking

Great minds think alike, hammy2. I had the name in mind before I bought him although he's far from Arnie. He'd rather just sleep!
