Hello - I'm new

Hello,

I've been reading Hamster Central a while for (invaluable) advice and have finally taken the plunge and joined. As an introduction, I had three beautiful hamsters only a week ago, but unfortunately we had to help one on to her next journey earlier in the week. She was a beautiful black bear Syrian - only about 4 months old.

We also have a 16-17 month old long haired Golden Syrian and a little Dominant Spot Chinese. They all had (have) their own rooms and are very much loved. I look forward to joining in on the forum.

I'm sorry to hear you lost one of your hams so young, that's always very hard, good to hear you have the other two to keep you smiling though! They sound lovely, look forward to seeing some photos

Hello, and thank you for your welcomes (both in this thread and my other thread). I am going to post some photos up in the gallery soon enough - once I work out how to do it! x (Our golden Syrian called Hammy is my profile pic. She was half asleep here watching Coronation Street. She sometimes likes to snooze on my lap while I stroke her).

Your hams are all so beautiful and I'm so sorry to hear about your little one that had to be put to sleep. I wish my hammies would settle down and watch the soaps but they never sit still long enough! Lady Cheese looks so elegant

Can't wait to see more pics of your little ones.
