Hi Hamster Central
Hi everyone
My name is Ann, I'm 25 years old and from Denmark.
I just got my first dwarf hamster a little over a week ago, and I'm looking forward to getting a lot of ideas for fun projects in here, and some knowledge about hamsters and hamster care.
I'm a student getting my masters in Sustainable heritage management, so I'm really busy, thus a hamster is the perfect pet for me, and I really enjoy spending time with him. Besides university classes and my hamster, I also like to spend time playing computer games, history and baking.
(my username is PrehistoricGirl since I have a bachelor in prehistoric archaeology)
I look forward to read about your experiences and sharing mine

Welcome to the forum It would be lovely to see your hamster.
Luckily there are a lot of fun projects in the DIY section of the forum, there are a lot of very creative members on here.

I would like to upload a picture of him, I've tried to do so in the hybrid forum category, but it gets denied, I guess it is because I am a new user or something? - But he is now my avatar. so there is a small picture of Peanut.
I have been looking at the DIY section a lot, and will get started on something, when I find an easy 'beginner' project.

My major in French Lit is so **** useless to me now, I don't remember much from my 4 years studying it, but I remember aaaaall about the Classic Mythology class, Science of storms and other randoms classes I took, they were by far the most fascinating... I think it's time I go home and think about how I make life decisions 
I mean, I know Archaeology is not at all Indiana Jones like, but it must be so interesting! Prehistoricgirl, you have my permission to talk your heart content about it if you so wish, I will be all ears believe me
