Hamster Social Worker
Hi all.
My name is Jorge and I am new in this amusing community.
I am writing from South west London.
I had hamsters as a child, and now as an adult I realized that my top expenditure in January was hamster-related, to the amusement of the pet shop owner.
I consider myself beginner, I might know a lot about behaviours and housing, but about food and health, is always good to be humble about learning.
Thanks all for taking good care of your rodents.
Cheers.

Re: Hamster Social Worker
Hello! Welcome to HC. I know what you mean about the outlay. I can't seem to pass a pet shop without going in & buying something these days! Look forward to learning more about your hamsters!

Re: Hamster Social Worker
Hello and welcome! Sorry to be thick but are you a social worker?! The post gave me images of a ham in glasses with a clipboard visiting the needy - and I thought ooh someone has a really special hamster there who is healing people. Mind you hams do heal people I reckon (and torment them as well lol!)

Re: Hamster Social Worker
Hi Jorge, welcome to the foum and the HC community and congratulations into entering into the world of hamsters again after a break of some years.
I think we can all relate to spending as much as we can spare and sometimes more on buying items for our very deserving fluffs. I always seem to be arguing with myself about whether or not to buy this or that.
Would love to see pictures of your hamster sometime.
