I think you're worrying too much (as we all tend to do lol!) about her, you really don't need to feed much in the way of treats & for taming purposes you can use a little of her food mix in your hand.
As long as she eats her main hamster food mix, give her a little fresh veg each day & then any of the other things already suggested in moderation, a little goes a long way with these tiny hams!

You're doing brilliant! We all worry about our hammies, thinking we need to give them more and are they happy ect, it's what we do, it's what all pet lovers do.
Fresh veg is a big favourite and big selection to choose from.
