Hello from a new owner

Hi, I'm Tanya

My partner and I got our new ball of fluff on Sunday from p@h and her name is Hammy.

We feel very protective of her already and every little thing she does we are like 'is that normal?

'

I used to own hamsters when I was younger but not for a very long time

.

I am from the West Midlands but currently living and working in Oxford.

Hi, yup that is her in the avatar picture.

She really is so sweet. I will try and upload another photo of her when I'm on the computer.

We only got her on Sunday, is it okay to start trying to tame her already or should we leave her a bit longer? She will sniff at my hand and take treats from my fingers but then gets very jumpy and starts sort of grunting at me :/.
