Default A quick hello!

Hi!

I just joined these forums after doing a lot of reading on here!
We have two little chinese hammies called Terry Tibbs and Percy Peanut- Terry is a brown chinese and Percy has white and grey fur

They live happily together but obviously we keep an eye on the little tinkers in case any fights break out. Nothing so far so we have a happy little family!

I used to post a lot on fancy rats, but unfortunately i had to give up my little monkeys when i moved I had really missed pets and fell in love with these two and rescued them. They have such cheeky little faces!

I have joined really because i need help taming them. Percy is fine, but Terry just seems terrified of us!

Anyway- that wasn't quite a quick hello but i hope to be speaking with you all soon

Aww welcome to the forums! Aren't Chinese Hamsters great? I had two myself but unfortunately I had to split them up after a week together.

Taming takes more time with some hammies but there are loads of things on taming on here. XD

Looking forwards to hearing about the little guys and hopefully seeing some piccies!

Thanks

They have lived together for a couple of months now quite happily. They have two of everything and dont seem to bicker- they do like chasing each other though which usually ends in them licking each other.

They're so cute- i just wish Terry wasnt so terrified of us!

Hi and welcome to HC! Terry and Percy sound lovely! Terry sounds like normal colouring and Percy sounds like a dom spot (yummy!), can't wait to 'meet' them

Welcome, your little ones sound adorable
Percy is dominant spot colouration and I presume Terry is normal (wild) colouration
