A savic cambridge, hamster heaven, duna multy, zoozone 1 and 2...there are a few.
My boyfriend has one of our dwarfs (pillow) with him at uni...they're a better size really (as in you need less space to keep them in which is always good at uni) You haven't specified a breed yet, so I thought I'd put a bid in for them.
They can be harder to tame, and you need to keep them handled (whereas syrians keep tame even if neglected, in general) but I love my little guys.
They're in a mini duna, with a shelf (they have one each) although another of mine has a multy,
The mini duna is a fine size though. They need at least a 6" wheel, not ones labelled for 'dwarves' as they're only fit for robos.
One roll of andrex has been used for bedding for 3 different hamsters, (and I'm generous) and it's not even half way through, but you can also use the very cheap toilet paper.. it really does work out cheaper and safer than other beddings
For a travel cage (for my dwarves) I use a combi1 (this is ONLY suitable as a travel cage, just because they're small, they're still too big for it and they go stir crazy in there!)
They're a great size for travelling with, and are really active and interesting to watch, my boyfriend loves having our boy dwarf staying with him too
