Re: Tinwë the brave!
That is just so cute! Cypher, your lovely photos of giving your hams their extra seeds by hand gave me an idea when Mocho returned from the vet. I had some in my hand when I took him out of his carrier (to say sorry!) and he sat and ate/pouched them all before going home.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
So love him! How adorable does he look in his food bowl - so very adorable, another heart melting pic Cypher. His coat is gorgeous and those little paws eek! I need to have a lie down lol!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
lol! Lizzy that made me laugh
He melted my heart too as we'd just had our first proper nose rub & you know how that feels
Thanks Coco, glad you & Mocho enjoyed that lovely hand feeding moment too.
Tinwë got his new granite house yesterday evening as planned, it was a bit of a fiddle getting things to work as it's quite tall relative to everything else in there but I got there without too much trouble, he was so funny when I put him back in the cage to begin with, he didn't even notice I'd changed anything he just spotted a bran flake & happily sat there in my hand munching on it in blissful oblivion bless him!
He did get a bit upset when he finally twigged something was amiss & got a bit skittish then sat in his favourite grooming corner behind his wheel until I turned the lights out & went to bed.
There was no sign of him when I got up this morning & I thought I must have really upset him but after a while I heard some rustling noises & a little head poked out the door & he sat there half in half out eating his food from my hand as usual so I think he's happy enough
I'm trying to make the most of the little space he has, the best I've been able to do so far.
Taking photo's of bins is so much harder than cages but hopefully this gives an idea!
I had to change his sand bath yet again but I made him a nice hide out next to his foraging flower pot which I think he'll like (he hasn't seen it yet, I had a sneaky fiddle while he's been sleeping todsy).

Re: Tinwë the brave!
That looks like a great set-up! What is in that white cup? Does he like the wheel?

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Just caught up on Tinwe! Glad he is happier in his new bin. It looks like a great den to me, not cluttered at all I wonder how much is the size and how much the solid sides - or maybe it is both - a bin must feel more secure as well as more his size. Those RUB bins are really good!

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Tinwë cage set up looks really good - and its looks like he has plenty of things to do in his cage and it sound like he is making improvements with his confidence.
The photos of Tinwë from your previous post are so cute especially the one of him sitting in his food bowl - Tinwë is adorable.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Tinwe is a little braveheart so pleased he's taken to his granite house - I so adore him! I can't stop looking at the pic of him in his dish - love him!
Total bliss that you both had a proper nose rub, It's the best feeling ever!
I think you've done a superb job with his cage layout and hearing how happier he is truly melts my heart.
