Re: Tinwë the brave!
Thank you so much dreamtree, BP & Lizzy, your support really does mean a lot & I've been telling my little fluffy dumpling that everyone is wishing him well.
He still seems ok in himself, not really showing any signs of distress as far as I can tell so if that continues I'll just take it day by day & see how he goes.
I've not really seen him out much, usually when I look in on him he's sleeping & I'm reluctant to wake him so I'm mostly relying on little signs that he has been up & about.
I'll need to give his house a bit of a spot clean later so I may just get him out then.
Mostly I just see his head or half of him emerge from his house when he wants some of his veg which I've left by the door or a treat from me.
I put a nibble stick which I'd forgotten I still had on the floor next to his house & he's just been having a nibble on that half in & half out of his house! When he turns round to go back in he's still dragging his back end though.
Patience...

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Which cage do you have I want to get my winter white a new cage since hers is quite small (zoozone 1) and yours looks very spacious.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
He's doing ok so far thanks Lizzy, sadly still no improvement but he's no worse either, I think I have to accept now that this is most likely permanent but he's coping so well, being so cute & brave about everything he just melts my heart bless him.
He's finished the meds now so I'll monitor him carefully to try to be sure he isn't in pain or distressed at all.
He's been having his meds with a little cauliflower cheese & is still coming out to look for it when I get up so I gave him some anyway this morning, he's getting very spoilt but her deserves it.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
Just catching up on Tinwë. I've ben following his progress but thought it was time I popped by to say how sorry I am he's not been so great. A hard time all round for you at the moment. It's hard when they start aging at the same time. i hope the meds gave him some relief even if they haven't given him a big change. I'll be thinking of the little fella.

Re: Tinwë the brave!
With everything else today cypher I'm sorry I didn't you ask about Tinwë! It's sad the painkillers haven't helped him any. I'm still hoping there will be a little miracle and whatever has caused it will go away and leave the fluffy dumpling alone. Sounds like he is being very brave though, just as I would expect from him. He's a dignified little guy
