What a pretty little hammy! I flashed back to the show "The Adams Family" when I saw the name Wednesday. LOL That was the name for the daughter in the show.

SinNyx, have you kept track of how many hammies you have rehomed? I know there has to be a lot of them. A ham is a terrible thing to waste

I actually run a hamster rescue, which is what the spare cages are for. No doubt there will be more hammies needing rescues, so I'm 'preparing' I suppose, with a little stash of things and collecting up cages

I have the link to my rescue in my signature if you are interested in seeing.
It's so nice hearing a hammy rescue centre run by a hammie lover.
You hear about people running rescue centres and they don't have a clue or show much care in the job they do.
Keep up the great work!

@DrKMcK, you got where her name comes from! I've rescued 22 hamsters this year.

@Thin Lizzy, thank you, I started earlier this year because there were so many being abandoned with no where to go. There aren't many rescues in my area that would take on small furries either. At least I can give them a proper home and know how to care for them.
