Pocky&Miso 🐹🐹

Had my little fluffs for over a week now so decided to make a proper thread for them. my little guys are around 5 weeks old now and they have such awesome personalities. Miso is very mischievous and hyper and loves playing, but I'm finding it harder to tame him as he likes to nibble although I'm finding it better to use gloves with him as he jumps straight into my hand that way. Pocky is more laid back, he likes sleeping and he's a bit more shy, but he's incredibly friendly and he's never bit me. It takes a while for him to come over, but when he does he just jumps straight into my hands and lets me play with him. Both of them love playing on the wheel and climbing their cage, should be getting their exercise balls in the post soon and buying them a flying saucer later on in the week, so they'll be having plenty of new toys to keep them entertained!

I was very surprised that they actually sat still for long enough for me to take a nice photo of them, the majority of them are blurry or are of them dangling from their cage

I know exactly what you mean. Some of my hamsters i can get pictures of not to bad but others. I can take over 50 photos and have one okay picture of them aha.

But yeah, its the same when I try to record them, they always stop doing whatever it was that was funny :P

Just had the two out of the cage tonight.
Pocky was awake first so I had him out first. I placed my hand infront of him and he just jumped onto the palm of my hand and sat there as if to say "come on then let me out". I let him climb on me and he seems to like sitting on my shoulders lol .
After putting him back Miso was awake so I then got him out, (had to wear gloves as usual), but he jumped onto the glove like he normally does. Except he was pretty hyper whilst he was out and he was running everywhere and climbing all over me, he was running around pretty fast too lol, think he'll enjoy his exercise ball. He was on my bare arm and didn't bite me, perhaps he just likes the taste of my fingers .
Put them both back and now they're running around all crazily and climbing their cage hahahaha

Know just what you mean about trying to get photos too, Zephyr my chinese is worst, it's like "Ooh camera, run quick!!"
