It's a proper hanging basket, just in miniature! 
Zeph has one too & they love them
I got them from Ratrations
The linings are a bit flimsy so I added an extra layer of hamp mat which seems to work well. 
I'm having trouble getting the link to work for some reason  but it should be here

I'm sure you're hams would love you if you did! I just couldn't resist when I saw them & it's been one of the best ham toys I've bought. I just throw in some shredded tissue & scatter a little of their food in & they spend ages in there, it's really fun to watch
