Sir el Ghostie
Just a few pics of Ghost eating a mealworm, thought he was looking rather handsome in his white fuzziness today ^.^

Awww bless him, Ghost is such a cute boy x
His nails are really long, you'll have to tell him to start biting them!

Re: Sir el Ghostie
hehe I know purple, i've attempted cutting his nails with little sewing scissors while he was eating a mealworm (the best known distraction for him) but he is too quick. And he's adamant not to walk over the teracotta tile I put in his cage like a year ago lol.
stubborn little fuzzball!

Re: Sir el Ghostie
hehe, casper would be a good name... but if he wasn't friendly it might mean you have to name him Stinky, Fatso or Stretch

Re: Sir el Ghostie
He is a right sweetheart
You could try putting his food bowl on top of a brick/slab or one under his water bottle so he walks over it regularly. I have to do this for the gerbils

Re: Sir el Ghostie
yep, the tile is right under his water bottle and his food is on the other side. He still manages to walk around it or stretch over to drink lol. I'll try and move the waterbottle to the edge so he HAS to walk on it but i worry he'd rather go thirsty lol

Re: Sir el Ghostie
You might get him to be still if you hold him with your thumb over his tummy and his back resting on your palm. I was able to trim my robos' nails holding them that way, one nail at a time after lots of wiggling and staying still attempts.

Re: Sir el Ghostie
Aw he is gorgeous so cute! Hamlet's nails have gotten long too I've tried & failed to cut his. I'm thinking of a trip to the vets.
