I think you're right I had a sleep on it and this morning I'm thinking a little more clearly. I'm going to pass on the WWW. I've written to a place that I think is in the US that has a sale on their WWs right now. I couldn't tell from their website where they were or even if they ship to Canada, but I hope to hear back from them soon! I feel bad leaving Brownie without a wheel at all even if she does get plenty of ball time.

Oh yeah, she gets plenty of playtime And the ball is so big I don't mind leaving her in it for longer periods of time. She seems to be less nervous inside of it than outside anyway.

I'm just worried that I get the right size wheel for her now. My bf seems to think that she's going to get a lot bigger but at 4 months is she really likely to grow much more?

Whew! She's already a big girl, I should weigh her just to keep better track

Ok, I've found a company in the US that will ship a WW to me, one of the smaller ones. An added bonus is that their wheels are on sale at the moment! Now my question is whether to get the Jr. or the Sr. model. Her old wheel was 6.5" and her current ball is 11.5". I would have liked to get her the Sr. WW but my new cage is only 11.5" tall inside and I don't have room for it without modifying the lid. Will the 8" wheel be big enough? I weighed her tonight and at 4 months she's about 160g or so.

Well, that settles it then I've written to the place that I'm getting one from and asked them to change the order to the Jr. size but I haven't heard back from them yet. The really difficult part is choosing the colours. I ordered black with a yellow track but there were so many choices! Are hamsters colourblind? Would any colours be difficult for them to see?

Thank-you!

Wodent wheels are great! I'm not sure what colours hams can see but mine is pink with a yellow track and my ham is fine with it.

I saw the picture of it in your other post of Snickers with Snickers! It's really neat and I love the bright colours, I'm just not a "pink" sor of a person, lol! I went with black and yellow because that was the same colour as the one I didn't get so I'd actually seen what it looked like. I want to collect them all!
