Dwarfs first home

Now guys

I am just after your opinion as to which cage i should get to keep two russian dwarfs in between a two storey barred cage specifically for hamsters or a fish tank type cage .... im from uk so links would be perfect haha .... i would also be looking to expand cages or go bigger in future is id like them to have as much freedom as possible
