Default Hopes Healthy Trears Hamsrer Cage

Hi everyone i was looking at the hht website and noticed tbey have a new cage available, i cant find any reviews for it though i was thinking about getting it i was wondering if anyone here has this cage? Hamster Enclosure

its 120cm x60 x 60 so a good size and its a bit cheaper than most of the other cages in this style. The only thing putting me off is the lack of reviews and i think the bottom wood of the cage looks a bit thin. Thoughts? X

It's a lovely size but I'd be worried that the base isn't sturdy enough when it's full of bedding. And I can't see how the lid is secured to prevent any Great Escapers? I think it's got potential but it's a lot of money if it's not quite right. I think I'd want to see some reviews or more detailed pictures, and more information about if the wood is treated to protect against pee. Good to see more options becoming available though.

It is very expensive. I'm not over keen on wood based cages after seeing so many chew outs!
