Default Adapting cage for baby hamster

Hello,

I have a baby hamster around 5 weeks old.
I’ve prepared a large enclosure and it has already done its nest underground (I have around 25cm of litter)

But I was wondering if my setup was good since Crumble is not tamed yet? It’s getting out every night, it’s not afraid but just want to run in its wheel and never interact (it’s been not long though). It’s not shy but it’s not into food at all so hard to tame for now.

What should I do ? Should I remove some litter for now so that I can tame him more easily? Thanks for your advices and sorry for my poor English I’m French.
