Question HELP Is this hide safe for my hamster to chew or should I remove it?

Hi, this sucks it has to be my first post on here but...I just adopted my Syrian hamster, Flower, a few days ago and I got her this hide from the reptile section:
petco.com

She's been chewing it sooo much and it had left little shavings in her burrows. I started to question whether the hide was safe or not and upon looking it up, some people were saying it was made out of pine. I know pine shavings is unsafe for hamsters. Should I take it out? and what do I do about all the shavings that are left in her bedding? Pleaseee let me know I'm so worried it's where she sleeps.
Also! I know orchard gray hay is safe for hamsters, but I didn't look much into brands so I got her the Kaytee brand orchard grass hay
petco.com and I put it at the top of her bedding. I noticed it's pretty sharp, not really soft at all. Is it safe or should I remove it? I also seen that hay can cause mold to form quickly and I put a lot at the top.

I just got her a few days ago like I said, so would it be detrimental to her to completely change her bedding? because I was trying to pick out the pieces of hay but it was next to impossible. I would feel so bad though because she has already made intricate burrows.

Pine wood is safe for hamsters. The tunnel looks safe to be using and I have similar tunnels which I use for my pets without issues. Chewing on pine is fine - majority of all wooden chews are made from pine - so shouldn’t cause any issues by her chewing on them. I would just check on the areas she is chewing to make sure they’re not any really sharp edges - with my hamsters I sand the rough edges down. It’s the woodshaving bedding which is considered to be unsafe due to dust which is often present even when dust extracted and the phenol levels but safety can be a little debatable.

Hay will only go mouldy if it gets wet so make sure you aren’t putting hay where she pees or near water bottle/bowl other than that it won’t get mouldy. The sharpness is hard to say but it safer to use softer hay. I’ve never used this hay so is hard to give advice on if it too course. With hay I use I take a handful in my hands and if I close my hand and it feels rough/sharp I usually avoid using it. I usually use meadow hay or soft cut Timothy hay. You could share a photo and may be able to offer advice if the hay may be too course.
